What is the turnaround time at Whites?

I had to send my TDi in for repairs 2, or was it 3 weeks ago, now.What is their usual turnaround time? I never did get a confirmation email or anything from them yet.

Well, if you sent it UPS your tracking number will tell you when it was delivered. White's is pretty quick (usually 2 - 3 weeks). Keep in mind its the busiest shipping time of the year also. If your concerned then give them a call on their toll free number. Very friendly people. Good luck!

there turn around time was about 14-17 days..... From the time they received it ..to back in my posession....They have a great service dept.. Todd is a hell of a nice guy to talk with and does super work to boot !!

Sweet Home ask for jay Allen service dept top tec fast the work is done quick it is the shipping that take the time you can if you want i think pay for faster shipping back if you want otherwise it gos ground with a tracking number.

Just call them. They are easy and polite people to talk to.
They are really busy there so I suspect that the turn around could take an
extra day or two but thats unsual.
