What is the strangest thing you have found when water detecting?

My girls and I went to the river today, I didn't really get a chance to detect cause I was looking for crayfish and tadpoles, the river was low enough in one spot that I could walk to the other side and walk along that side and I found the item in photos 1 and 2, it is a plastic squeeze toy like a dog's toy bone, I am guessing it has been in the water for a while cause as you can see it has a layer of alge on it, on the back where I cleaned it it says "Stern Toys" also after we left the river my girls played in the park area and I detected the bottom of a hill, the only thing I found was a car tire about 3 inches underground, I didn't bother digging it up, after that I detected where the people park their campers making sure to only check the spots that did not have a camper so I would not bother anyone, after I went back to my girls the area manager came over and said that I scared one of the lady's in one of the campers cause she didn't know that I was detecting and thought my digger was a knife, I showed him that it was my digger and he said he would tell her that it was not a knife, I don't blame her, I usually hold my digger in my left hand while I detect with my right and I have often wondered if people would mistake it for a knife.

That certainly looks like a carcass of a leprechaun to me. I hope you made a wish when you found it. A pot of gold is suppose to appear or was it you would get piles? Don't remember, good detecting Cassiekarimom....Z
