What is the normal mail out value of this stamp? thanks

Went there this morning the clerk was vague, just asking what it is worth in your country..I know a stamp in Canada is 1.29 for US mailout, thanks
our local Canada stamp is 61 cents

Looks like a forever stamp so it depends what a normal postage stamp costs at the given time which is .45 cents right now. When these were purchased in 2000 they cost .33 cents each. When postage rates increase the forever stamps are still worth the current rate. Its good for upto an ounce.
