What is the difference between the 5.3 bullseye & 4x6 DD coil?

What is the difference between these two coils? I will be using them to hunt old house sites that has tons of nails!!

5.3 is concentric signal round and as it goes deeper it cones in to as little as two inches at max depth DD shoots straight down to depth

i have used them both, and let me tell you , if i could only take one whith me it would be the 5.3 BECAUSE its much deeper than the 4x6 its better at pinpointing saving you time in recovery and its light i miss my 5.3 im getting one back and selling my 4x6 it was not better at seperation was not as good at pinpointing and only gave me strong signals to 4.5" deep on my M-6 if you want coverage go whith the 6x10 hope that helps

Your findings are in regards to the M6 not the IDX Pro which is a completely different setup and frequency. But your observations concur with my findings on the 6.59kHz detectors . makahaman was looking for help using an IDX Pro at an iron infested site and recommended the 350 Snooper. I'd pick an Excelerator 4.5"x7" or the 5" as my small coil choice vs the 4"x6" shooter but the 5.3Eclipse is also great choice in my opinion for the M6. HH Bill
