What is the craziest gold thingy you have found w/ V

I don't have any crazy gold thingies, but I have a picture of three of my gold finds with the V3 and the other 3 in the picture was found with the DFX. The V3 finds are the smaller of the two bracelets, (36 diamonds) the Gold Angel coin, less the bezel, I added that and wear it daily, and the gold ring in the lower left. I might add that both bracelets didn't even whimper on my SE Pro, AM.

Those are definitely some impressive pieces Larry. In the relatively few hours I've had the V out I have found 4 gold rings...3 plain bands and a "rose" ring.

Larry - What settings are you using when gold hunting? I've never concentrated too much on finding chains, but there are a ton of them out there since most detectors can't see them. Any info, including any chain-finding tips would be wonderful.

Thanks Beep, I use Hi-Pro for everything. I've done little to the stock program and Rob helped me reassign different audio tones to the VDI#'s, IE: all iron is 0 tone and Nickels is a dime sound. Boy have I collected a lot of nickels and a couple of gold rings in that range. Chains have come in the single digit VDI's with foil and I have just been lucky selecting which foil signals to dig I guess.

I found a 2 ounce silver bracelet at around 4" inches. Then a few minutes later a '53 Canadian quarter at 6" and a "64 Washington 2 inches below it,
That was a great day.

I found a gold-plated tooth - next to a basketball court. I can only assume that the person who lost it was tagged in the face by a basketball, knocking the tooth out...

Ouch!
