I found this thingy at an old homesite today. Any ideas on what it is? It has a prong on the back in each corner to attach it to something.

I can't figure out how to post a picture. The picture is at this link:

What is going on?????? I can't upload a picture, can't insert an image url or even list the link in the message text. Something just isn't right here.
