What is it

I found this at an old Baseball field. It looks like a Bullet but has a strange looking bottom. Anyone know what it is,
or if a bullet what type and caliber. Thanks in advance.

The older baseball cleats looked allot like that! How big is it and what is it made of, I don't think it's lead.

Doesn't look like a bullet. looks more like a cleat off of someones shoe.
