What Freq. coil is the best for Relic Hunting?

I know that I should of ask this on the X70 forum, but I was hopeing that maybe some relic hunter was using the X70 and could tell me if, you do better relic hunting with High Freq. coil or mid or Low?
I guess what I am asking is what is the best Freq. for hunting Relic's.
Thanks Greg

Don't use the x-70 but have always preferred mid range for Relics, so I guess I would favor the 7.5khz on the X-terra and then do a follow up with the higher freq coil.

I would agree with Dave: 7.5khz. However, in certain soils it could be advantageous to use the 18.75khz for sensitivity to small brass (buttons) and the 3khz should be excellent for lead and silver. Overall, if I could only use one coil (khz) it would be the 7.5khz. I've found it to do a good job for relic hunting. Good hunting, David@Dixie
