Cause that's what it found.
Took it out to one of my jewelry sites to see how it worked now that I got it back from Garrett. Worked pretty good.
Of the 7 earrings I found, one was 14kt gold with diamond and amethyst stones, one was a sterling silver butterfly with a little turquoise stone.
Of the 5 rings I found, one was a nice little silver and onyx, and another one, after a little research on the copyright and markings, has turned out to be a silver Faith ring (research took place after pictures so I hadn't included that one in the pictures).
The ferrous/non-ferrous boundary is a little nebulous on the AT Pro. Low foil signals could read as low as 38. I'm used to the hard ferrous/non-ferrous boundary of the F5. The AT Pro ran very stable at presets, and the falseing I experienced previously is mostly gone now with the new coil. The large DD coil did pretty good on the smaller low conductors. The smaller 9" eliptical concentric would probably get it closer to F5 performance, however, in places where I couldn't run the F5 in jewelry mode due to high EMI, the AT Pro and stock would probably suffice just fine.
Enjoyed myself.
Just took pictures of the pretty stuff. Sorry my camera isn't any better
