I have a perfect condition Silver Sabre Umax detector with the original Brown donut coil, 4 inch sniper coil and the new RSD Tesoro DD coil I am putting up for sale. Whats a realistic price to ask?

You could just send it to me. I pay for shipping.... :poke:

Look up previous winning bids on there, you can get a ballpark figure on what people are willing to pay and go from there.

Cannot help you on a rough valuation across the pond, but i would be inclined to split the package up rather than sell it as a whole one, think you would get more for it that way, only a suggestion of course.

Possibly have a low start figure but have a fixed reserve on it,that way you should start getting the bidding going but also protect yourself with the fixed reserve.

Used to get them used for $150, now people want $250.
Used to get the Eldo for $225 now people want $350+
Used to be able to get a Bandido II for $250, now people want $275-350
Used to be able to get a Cortes for $275-350, now people ask $375-450
Used Tejons seemed to stay at a stable price.

Better grab what you can now, Tesoro are like used cars..........................

By the way, Silver Sabre Umax do not have manual GB, similar to a Cibola, just not HOT circuitry.
I would take the SS umax over the Cibola. I just like the way they work.
Those with a hot SS umax have a hard time parting with them, I had a hot that I sold to a friend that I should have kept.

I was trying to get $450 out of basically brand new Silver with 3x18, 8" stock and 8x11" RSD to no avail. I decided to just keep it anyway. The cleansweep I just couldn't let go.

The Silver umax not the most desirable Tesoro, better off selling it by itself.
Might have been a different story had it been the Silver Sabre Umax.
