What do you think would be a decent price to pay a farmer it hunt his property if it had a CW camp site on it??...

There are a couple places about a hour south of here that has potential.
I called one farmer the first time the Dons came down, and the guy wasn't even pleasant when he said no. I usually don't call for permission, I prefer to ask in person, but didn't have time that weekend.

There is another place or two I could try.

This place has a good size creek,,, Elson could hunt for food while we hunted treasures.

I will go down and check it out in the next couple weeks. Who knows what might come of it.

on land that has not been detected... Yeah, I'd be willing to pay a reasonable amount, depending on how much land, how many guys and how many days you could hunt. Elson would have to detect deeper than thatch deep and be prepared to actually dig a deep hole to find anything... does he know how to do that? Ten guys, $50 bucks apiece ought to at least get the land owners attention.
