There are some people who really like the 6X10 but I think the stock D2 is better yet. Hope you didn't forget to include your headphones with the update, unless it is already Ver. 1.3.
Sounds like you are sending back your D2 for repair. my original V3 head is going back to USA for repair
If I had to have 2 Whites coils for my type of hunting it would be the 6x10 and D2. For me the small coil 5.3 and 4x6 are just too small. So my 6x10 is what I go to in trash and bad EMI sites. I is not going to get the depth of the D2, no way.

Oops, I think you are right Rob, I misunderstood him what a "head" is.
