What do you think is the best area?

We had good storm here in Myrtle Beach today what do you think is the best area to detect on sand after a storm, as close to the water as possible, half way between the low and high tide marks, or high tide mark?

Go for low tide and look for hard bottom. Im not as experienced as a lot of the others here but, I have noticed that most of my good finds are sitting in the hard sand/shell layer. At a good low start at the surfline and walk parallel to the beach, when you start to get hits of heavy objects dont be afraid to walk out and make some deeper discoveries. You might be suprised. Good Luck. Hope you find a nice fatty!
