I think Garrett customer survice is excellent.
They know very good that this is one of the most important aspects of a business.
Thank you very much Melinda for your quick reply. :)

Garrett, has the very best customer service, It takes me back to a time , when a customer spending money, meant something and Garrett, still gives me that happiness, and thay will give you the same, if you give them a try.:clapping::garrett:

I totally agree! Garrett takes a back seat to nobody on customer service! They have bent over backwards to help me, and unlike other companies these days, their service doesn't end when they get your money, and you walk out the door. They are a family owned and operated business that really care that you are successful with your detector.

I will always be a Garrett fan. Approximately 30 years ago, when Adrian Cooke was there I pulled a boner. I was testing my Master Hunter BFO against the newer TR that they had just come out with. I inadvertently LEFT my BFO on a park bench and had only gone ONE block in the car when I realized it and sped back only to find it gone and no one in sight. Dejected, I went back to Garrett and gave them all my papers and serial # just in case somebody tried to sell it. While I was there, Adrian handed me the NEW groundhog model that had just been developed and said that I should try it. I told him that I would when I could save up for it. He said, "No! I mean it's yours." To this day I cannot tell how much that meant.

I think Garretts and Whites are excellent.

I wrote Garretts a few days ago asking the customer servixce rep to find out
what it would take to get Garrett to provide some new coils like a six or seven
inch concentric and I got an e-mail back right away saying she would talk to the engineers for feedback.
Hopefully it will not be put on the back burner.

In fact if ALL of the people here would ask the same question, showing there is some
interest within the customer base for some other coils, that might help us get somewhere.

They are not going to do squat if there is no interest expressed.
So, everyone who reads this post, please write Garrett if you'd like to see more coils
available.

Many of us would like more coils to choose from for the Ace 250. Maybe they will thake care of that too?
Hope so.

I'll join the parade with accolades for Garett customer service. I've had to send my GTI-2500 in twice in the past 3 years, the most recent being a month ago. Both times the turn around was super fast. I even received a note with the detector when it was returned telling me "We are pleased to return your GTI-2500 in a timely manner, it needs to be in the field not on a technicians bench!" They are super and fully back their products.

Charles Garrett loves this hobby just as we do and therefore provides great customer service on a one on one basis. No system to go through that takes several days weeks or months. Just good common sense and practical useful support which is something of a rarity now a days. Charles Garrett is a very wealthy man because of this hobby but I bet you he dont forget The endless hours of building and using detectors that made him that way.

I once had the experience and pleasure of such excellent service,
A perfect job and only 4 weeks bear in mind my location is Australia, and the weather in the USA at the time was bad with storm and flooding.
Things have changed since then.
