what do you guys think about a classic11 SL ?

I have a good classic 111 , that has been modifide if you are looking for one email me at ( gdean.stone@yahoo.com) Thanks

I use a modified Classic II SL...I brought the GB and Threshold pots to the outside, and this machine goes far deeper than you think it would...If Ground balanced correctly, it hits on small items with clear sounds...I think it is a great machine, and they can be had for 80-100 bucks in good condition.

I just picked up a White's Classic SC II this morning at a garage sale for $50.00. It isn;t modified. Hopper I didn't waste money. Seems to work fine. I'll hang it alongside my IDX-PRO and XLT.

I think ya got a good deal if it works and looks good...great little backup machine and pinpoints like noones business...

Whites has a toll free number so call tell them and get it straight from the experts..as perhaps you have an older Whites and if it originally came with a solid 8 inch coil
it will not work... with current 6.59 coils such as the XLT.and I think it did......
