What Customer Service I have not seen a reply!!!

If custoemr service cares so much how come we don't get any replys back on the forum. I thought fisher was going to be different then the rest.

If I remember correctly from Bobbie's earlier posts said she would try to do replies on this forum on Sundays. I agree with you completely. I emailed 'customer service' and did not get a reply. So I waited a few weeks and did a second and third email. Still no reply. Finally I called 'customer service'. My F2 is now on its way back to Fisher.

For those who didn't see my earlier post; when I changed the batteries the detector turned on by itself and now I can't turn it off. Have to remove the batteries.

Hummmmm. Thats happened to be a couple of times too. The machine froze. Had to take a battery out to
stop the thing.
