I have been using Garrett metal detectors now for about 35 years. They have always been a good match for my style of detecting. I am really looking forward to learning this new addition to the Garrett family. Hopefully, we will soon have an exclusive Garrett Vortex sub-forum.

The Garrett gold Stinger found me a ton of rings in parks. The original ACE 250 was real hot and got good depth. The Freedom ACE was a good turn on and go. The CX Model was my first unit with a true all metal mode. Favorite detector of all was the AT Pro. Great audio. The CTX pulse got rings in water other's missed due to depth. And now the VORTEX.
