WHAT COILS WORK WITH THE QUATTRO

I just got a Quattro and was wondering what coils will work with it. Are the Explorer coil compatible?
Thanks for any info.
 
Indeed, they are !

The FBS coils are all compatible with Explorers, Quattros and Safaris.

The choice might be difficult...SEF, excelerator...

That's what I needed to know.
Now all I have to do is find one that I like to hunt with, I
have the 8" sun ray right now have to see what else is out there.
 
I'm using the small SEF - seems to work fine - pin point seems sharper than stock coil - pin point just forward of shaft hinge point.

The new Minelab Pro Coil is lightweight, balanced, separates well and is deep. I had one on my Quattro and now have one on my Safari.
 
I have the new Pro Coil for my Quattro. The snow is melting, and very soon I should be able to try it out.
I got the 5' Sunray Excellerator in August and it did great job, especially in the woods.

Looking forward to spring in Northern Michigan!!
