What case are yall using for ctx?

What kind of case are you guys using for the ctx 3030? hard case or soft carry case?

For what purpose? Keeping at the house? travel from home to hunt? Airline travel?

The large Treasure-Wise case...works fine, fits well with the standard coil.

It will just barely, if you're careful, hold the detector with the 17" coil.

I'll probably make a travel case out of a hard gun case if I ever need to fly with it...

Personally, mine has always just laid in the trunk or cargo space... But there are some really nice options out there that people have found.

Check out these threads...They have pictures and item numbers....

no air travel just taking it to sites

I just lay it in the back seat floorboard. In 33 years of detecting, I've never felt the need to put my detector in a case just to to and from a hunt.
