What basic settings for the Vaquero, if just testing it out at a park

So I just got the Vaquero and hopefully tomorrow I can go try it out. I was just wondering what a good basic setting to have it on would be? like if you were just gonna go to a park and wanted to do a quick hunt?

If it were me, I'd ground balance as per the instructions, set the threshold to just audible, the disc. at iron, and the sensitivity from 8 to 10 and go hunting.
