What Are Your Thoughts On The "Bigfoot Coil",

What are your thoughts on the "Bigfoot Coil", from people that have used them. I would love to get one to go wit my MXT Pro but want to hear how you like it.....or didn't.

I would be surprised if you hear anything bad about the Bigfoot. Many have called it a quarter rake..... If you hunt sports fields or beaches, it will quickly pay for itself.

They are fantastic for big sweeps of fields, beaches, soccer fields, etc. I won't give mine up. It pinpoints on a dime. Sorry for the pun, but it's true. I can take my poker and poke a coin dead center after it's pinpointed. I love the BigFoot coil and it's sad that they quit making them. HH, Nancy

After getting a reply back from Jimmy and informing me of the situation I guess this becomes a mute question. It's hard to believe in this day in age he can't fine someone to pick the ball up and run with it.Too bad, it sounds like a good one

Used ones do find their way on the market. Keep an eye on the classifieds and on-line auctions. Expect to pay close to $400 for one though.

I have a "Big Foot" coil I used on a 6,000 DI years ago.

Can it be used with other White's machines?

I know that many coils aren't interchangeable due to electronics design.
