I found the smaller button on an army base near a old ghost town in upstate NY, it was on a steep hill it was roughly 2 inches in the ground. I do not know anything about it i think it is off of a old army uniform because of the eagle on it. I found 1908 taft button in the same area near a old house, I am curious as to what it is any help will be amazing thank you!
