What are these?

Upper left is horse buckle. Other I'm out. Nice
 
I believe the second item is an old lock. The kind that one would use a skeleton key to lock and unlock.
 
I found these on land that was know to keep slaves. I'll go back and keep looking. Thanks for the help.
 
It looks like a lock. I can't tell what the dimensions are in the photo's but I'd bet it was for a slave collar or something along those lines. That's some history right there. Ugly as it is. That's a heavy site. Be respectful (as usual). :thumbup:
 
The second pic is definitely a door lock when you clean it up you will see your looking at the bolt on the back. You can see where the skeleton key engaged it in your pic.
