I got 61 hits. I tried to to expound on it for the guys and nobody has got a damn thing to even say. No questions or anything for me or Mr. Bill. Maybe you all thought we were just blowing smoke along with Chuck. You are wrong about me being one of the boys cause I am not. I do not post much and I never show my FINDS so I can't be considered really one of the Boys.
I even gave some examples of the GT being incorporated into the new Excal ll. That was pure conjecture on my part but, I sure as hell got a new GT which I really like and it is a whole lot better then that Sov 2 Apro I had.
All you have to do is read between the lines and understand the E-mail some of these guys got to figuar it out. Also have a GT to figuar out the new improvement on the new Excal ll. What is not to like about the GT. I think M/L just incorporated a lot of the GT in the new Excal and I consider that a great improvement. I have a Excal and I water hunted a month straight to get enough gold to Pay for the thing. The gold is what pays for all my detectors. It is sure better then clad.
Now that I am retired I can hunt 4 and 5 days a week. Maybe one day I will get my safety Deposit box and take some pictures of the silver and Gold that I have kept over the years and figure out how to post a pic here on the forum. Post more, then maybe I will consider myself one of the Boys. I used to talk a lot about what I have found until I got it all stole from me one day when I got home from work. It was a real sad day for me and I sure know what NH BOB felt like. It just made me real hesitant to post anything or to even talk about it unless it is to someone I really trust. It took me a lot of years to make up for what was stole from me once and I said I was going to not say very much anymore about what I have now and to lock up all the valuable stuff and that is just what I have done.
A lot of the things I do post are to be of help to the Newbies. I can remember 20 years ago I was one and there was no one to help me. When guys PM me I try to be of help to them also.
I learned a long time ago that the gold and hunting the water was what really paid for metal detectors. Trust me my Sweetie is really happy with the stuff I find. My Relics I would never sell as that is a part of History.
Trust me I don't need a pat on the back. Been around to long for that but, I sure as hell don't like it when I do try to post something of importance and it don't even warrant a comment on what I thought would be helpful to others even if I am not one of the Boys.
That kind of stuff just makes a person ask himself, "why bother" and then you don't bother to do it anymore. I hope you get my point.
Maybe you are right though I will give you that.
