The Nokta Fore Core is my next unit.I have been watching videos and reading alot about this unit and man it seems like a winner to me  I just need too sell my Tesoro Cortes first.

I came from the Deus camp and while I loved the Deus it was a preoccupation of setting variables you did not just get out and swing. The Fors allows me to do this while having some variables that can be tweaked. Plus the machine has great recovery time and tones are spot on and the TID's are usually indicative of what you will dig.

Congrats and you will want to look to get a nice set of headphones over the ones that come with this unit. They are okay but a nice aftermarket set really bring out the tones.

Awesome mtsheron thank you for theheads up on headphones anyone interested in my Tesoro Cortes?

No problem! You will certainly like the Fors for sure I think. Well balanced machine too.

You shouls try the classifieds on posting your Cortez. And welcome to the Fors CoRe club. All of my detecting buddies are getting one. The too are selling their old favorite. You will be pleased with the performance of the CoRe. The Cortez has its place but I believe you are going to like the Fors CoRe way better. It takes only half of the batteries as the Cortez does. The numbers even on the handle display are bigger than the screen on the cortez and the weight is more balanced. Keep us posted!!!
