What a day this has been - one definitely made by God..

Where to start????

It was a beautiful warm sunny day today.

Called the garage and asked if the parts came in to replace the motor mounts on the van. Though he didn't say yes he did say bring it in and we'll repair it today. They looked for less expensive parts to save me money because they knew I was limited on money. I set aside $425 and had an estimate for $385. Dropped the van off and walked home (just a few blocks).

Then the supervisor called me and asked if I was going to get the application in for the new security company. Was dragging my feet but worked on it and got it done in time for the garage to call to say the van was done. I asked how much and it was the $385 they quoted. That was very good news then he said I have to tell you the axle broke when I was backing it out of the garage. All I could say was Oh No! He then said they repaired it and usually they would charge $195 for the work and parts but they were going to charge me NOTHING! Praise God.

Picked up the van and man it runs great - finally. Oh forgot to say I mentioned to Sherry that someone was giving away a miniature pincher - something the wife has wanted but knew it would never happen. She sent an email to the person. Bid her a fond ado as I headed for the security company to turn in the application. Saturday I start training with them! Going to be working the same place (Department of Corrections) with more hours and if I want to work full time they have jobs nearby I can do. Yipee!

Came home with the good news. My unemployment check came today - groceries now in the refrigerator.

My new fishing pole arrived today. Fantastic!

Sherry heard from the realtor for our house. A couple has got the go ahead (approved) for a loan to buy our house. We still have the inspection to be done and to pass it and then the closing. If that all goes OK we'll be moving. Sherry signs the paperwork tomorrow on the offer made for the house. Realtor also said she would be our realtor for the new house if she may. (She is a Christian - and they have even knocked off some of their profit so we would be better off for the money we will need to get the next place. How awesome is that!

Oh yeah when we got home tonight Sherry has an email. The mini pincher is ours - we need to pick him up on Saturday.

Sherry starts her job answering the phones for the pest control company on the !rst of April. More money coming in!

Praise God for all these answers to prayers. Thank you for your prayers - still need more though.

Casey is sick and Sherry is still suffering from the bladder infection.

I don't know how or when to tell the supervisor I'm moving. He wants me to work Mon - Sat and half day Sunday this coming week - I need Thur off to go look at houses up north so we can see what is available.

Pray that the mini pincher and all of us adopt to the changes easily.

Pray that when we sign the final papers (we will only have a couple days to be out of the house here before the others move into their house - this one). If we didn't have all these pets it would be a much easier move but we can't stay in a motel or hotel with all these pets.

Pray we find the house God wants us to have and we get moved in in the short deadline.

Since - again if all goes as expected - we will be moving into the new place Not Later Than the 1rst of May, we might just not be able to make it to the club spring hunt. Casey said it WILL HAPPEN! But we won't have anyone to watch the pets while we are gone. (Sherry was looking forward to going to the spring hunt for the club because she has an electronic piano and was planning on providing music for the Sunday church service. Glad we didn't make the hotel reservations yet.

forgot to add that we went to a drug store and Sherry found colored T shirts for her and Casey - 5 for $10.

We are like BBs rattling around inside a match box at high speed - our minds are reeling from all the things and all the blessings happening all at one time.

We know God is on the throne and things will work out but still we are a bundle of emotions right now.

God is Great - all the time AND He does Great Things!

Your cup runeth over! :) God will provide the right house!

Wow! God is really working in your lives! Praying you find a house soon and that Sherry's bladder infection heals soon and that Casey starts feeling better also.

Oh yeah, hope you catch a bunch of fish with that new fish'in pole!!

keep your faith in Jesus and take it one day at a time and pray for guidance to know when and where to move to, as He will work it all out for your good and for His purpose! Now, we don't know what is ahead unless it is revealed through God's Holy Spirit, but we can lean on Him and trust that He is doing a good work in each of us! So, don't look at the whole problem but look at it in little bits and do a little at a time to accomplish the bigger picture, just like working a puzzle, each piece of your job, your move and etc. will fall in place.

Satan would want you all to be shaking in your boots, so to speak, if he could and get your mind upon the problems instead of on God. But look upon Jesus and allow Him to show you the way! Don't look at the darkness of things but at the Light of Jesus, our Lord and Savior!

I am so glad for each of you and He will answer our prayers for Casey and Sherry also! Remember, medicine helps along with trusting God, so Sherry should go to the dr and get that bladder infection cured, as it will lead to other complications in her body, if she doesn't....just like my sinus infections that I put off seeing about all winter. After two rounds of Keteck and Amoxicillan, I am feeling so much better but still weak from dragging so long with the infections!

May your many blessings continue and know that God works all things out in His own time and the waiting tests our faith! Keep holding on to Jesus and never let go!

God Bless!
Betty
