I found a 1938 Indiana chauffeur pin this summer, it cleaned up really nice. Cool find.
 
I've got a New Mexico chauffer's badge and it's nowhere as detailed as yours. WTG.
 
It is a neat badge, that is our state seal on it between the lettering.
