What a coincidence!

Took the family for a drive in the car. We are tried of house setting and waiting for a buyer. We drove over to the next county and spent some time at the flea market. We rarely drive in that direction. We decided to have a picnic. So we stopped off at Wendy's and took our food to a near by park. Since I lived there in the 70's I knew there was an old swimming pool and ban shell there. I happened to have my MD in the car. What a coincidence! First hit at the pool was a ring. After that is what you see in the picture. Couldn't stay long, but the band shell looked good. As my wife was trying to get me to the car. I kept getting hits on coins at 6 inches. Good hits too. Not much trash. No time tooo diggggg. Goto goooo.

Make sure you write it down somewhere, otherwise youll forget about it.

As to your house, are you listed with a realtor? Or are youtrying to sell FSBO? It just so happens I have a little experience in real estate (licensed). Maybe I can offer some tidbit...

I appreciate you sincerity and willingness to help. We are with a Realtor and in multiple listings. Our house is reasonably priced. Just not enough buyers. We can wait.

Yeah houses ain't moving like they were. I have two friends who have had their house on the market for months with no takers. One lives in Kauaii.
