Wet roses a waterlogged buffalo!

I know there are some really old finds to be had in this little pond..... happy with some silver and the buffalos in good shape!:D
 
recently found a tax token dated 1935 just like these in a small lake here in kalamazoo, mich.
can you tell me anything about them?
 
Yeh, I've pulled a handful of them from Washington lakes. Don't really know what years they were made or issued but the 1935 refers to the year the state set up the policy for them. I saw a box of 100 on ebay going for about $3.00.
