Went back to the field that has been giving up the seateds. with all the rain, I was not sure, but it was managable. The 1st hit turned out to be an indian. a bout an hour of searching I get a good solid high tone. took out a big plug and saw silver, however I was suprised when it turned out to be a 1905 Barber dime. Not complaining, just not expecting it as everthing has been seateds and a bust. Then about 3 feet and another hit and it is a 2 cent piece. Then about half hour later I get another high screamer. It is a 1877 CC. That is the second 1877 CC I have pulled out of here. The about ten minutes later 1876 seated. Also ended the day with a couple more indians and a another shield nickel. There is a lot to be said about going slow. I have a hard time slowing down with the Etrac, but when I do, the field is very giving.

Wow, You've got a spectacular spot to detect!! I think I would be losing some sleep thinking about
my next trip there if that was my spot!!! Major congrats

That's a dream spot for sure. Looking forward to seeing just what comes out of there for you this year. Make sure and do a summary at the end of the year. I'd like to see that! Thanks for the pictures.

I have been keeping track of what we have been pulling out. I'll put up totals this winter. I plan on working it hard in the fall.

I run auto. I am sure there are some really deep ones. I have pulled several out at 10-11 inches. Some places are not bad and some are trashy. Looking forward to the fall wh.en it will be beans.

Thank you. Things have been working out well. I would like to get to it once more before they plant, which I think will be soon. Everything is drying out and I am sure they want to get the field planted before more rain comes.
