Western & Eastern Treasures Magazine Question?

Do any of you guys have issues with your subscriptions? I had one issue come in damaged (obviously post office) and then the next issue didn't show up. I contacted W&E and they were nice enough to send me both issues in an envelope. Since then two possibly three issues have come out and I haven't received any of them. Now I'm assuming its the post office but how do I know that. W&E thinks I should contact the post office. Now, not only did I already pay for a subscription, I would have to pay to purchase the back issues. Any thoughts are appreciated.

I would ask at post office, I had one that didn,t come and i went to post office and ask and two days later it was here, but you could tell that someone had looked at it. Check it out and see, i didn,t have any more trouble with mine. Good Luck Flintstone

I have been getting this mag for awhile without any problems. Would check with post office. It is a government agency and we all know how efficient they are.

No problems to date and I've been receiving it for a few years now.

I had some problems a year or so ago and W&E started putting mine in a clear sealed envelope and have had no more problems. HH :minelab::fisher::teknetics:

when did the post office become a government agency again. i know that it used to be but that was some time before i started working there in 1979. a lot of the magazines are processing by machines now so i'm sure some get damaged or lost. any delivery problems should be reported to your local office.

I have taken that mag for a couple of years and it comes in a clear sealed envelope and I've had no problems getting all my issues.

Mine comes in a clear sealed envelope, and I always get it within the first 3 days of the month. Never had a problem with it even though I have moved many times throughout the years.

did you guys find a phone number for WE treasures I cant seem to find one anywhere My issue is a little different I sent in payment for renewal in november and last week I received a notice of last issue and needing to renew subscription. and I cant find a contact phone number anywhere, I sent a message on their contact link but still havent got a response.

Never had any issues and have been getting it for 20 years plus. Have moved several times during those years. Sounds like your delivery person likes detecting.

I haven't had any problems with W & E magazine, but when I go to the post office and tell them I didn't get my other magazine, they don't know anything about it. Either they put it in the wrong p o box and the people kept it or it was lost in transit. The few times this has happened, I emailed the folks I was getting my magazine from and the sent me the issue that was missing. My Acres magazine comes in damaged more than any other magazine. They must not like it very much.

you left out the main reason for not getting a piece of mail. with all the automated machines that the mail has to go thru the label can get tore off or destroyed. do you really think someone would risk losing that good of a job in this economy to steal a magazine?
