...Unfortunately,I cant make it to Pete's after all-couldnt get a good time when we were free-SO:It will wait until spring...Im going to some store tomorrow and look seriously at some neoprene hip boots for wet detecting-One beach in particular up North looked particularly inviting Thanksgiving time...Nice sand bottom;still will be in the low 40's this weekend-wont be a soul on the beach;but me..

I ran across a campground with a very nice looking swimming area and thought it would be great to detect there - that was before I sold the Fisher 1280X. Would take me awhile to relocate the site but it is somewhere arounf Mt. Pleasant/Clare area. Far as I know no one detects there but could be wrong. Think it is a county campground - not a DNR run campground.

Hope you have a very Merry CHRISTmas with the relatives. Was too bad we couldn't make the connection but maybe God had something for each of us He wanted that couldn't be done if we were somewhere else.
