..He took casts of my feet for custom-made orthotic shoe inserts...He told me I have an extremely high arch;along with that heel spur, can cause "A WHOLE LOTTA problems" in my feet...It was OK;until he gave me some cortisone in the bottom of my right foot
..I must say;I would NOT want to go thru that on a regular basis...I gotta go back in 2 weeks-He told me"YOU ARE GONNA LOVE THESE NEW INSERTS"....He said those over-the-counter inserts are ok for minor foot problems;when I looked at them casts of my feet I could see just how high of an arch I have...He said my walking on my foot like it is;because of the high arch;it is trying to flatten out my arch from the inside-
NO WONDER my foot is singin half the time -Been this way since before the last Forum hunt...but -really:Most of the time;it doesnt hurt THAT bad...It is just I am on my feet all day at my work;and it has really been crampin my style in the power-walking that I do(havent been able to do it lately-I walked 3 miles a couple of weeks ago-CHARLEY-HORSE CITY in the bottom of my right foot in the middle of the night-woke me up out of a sound sleep
