Went to sell a detector and found some wheats.

Sunday went over to a friends house to sell him my Xterra 70 and show him how to use it. His house sits on an old homeplace and we set out. I'm sure he is going to like it. He found a penny with a rusty nail touching, several more memorials, a old compact, and a 5cent Oklahoma Tax token. I took my Etrac and came up with 3 wheaties. A 1942 at about 8 inches, a 1938 at 2, and a 1918 at the surface. I also found a barlow frame pocket knife and a decorative leaf. Ready to go back but sure needs some moisture...

If I could figure out a way I would send you some of our moisture! Good hunt!!

Ain't that funny. Oldest was shallowest, newer wheat was deepest. Never ceases to amaze me.
