Went out with Monte today

It's been a long time since posting here. I'm the husband of the crazy CatLady from Oregon (aundrea22) that use to post here a couple or three years ago. Since then we've had 2 children that have pretty much taken all of our time so detecting over that period of time has been nearly zippo! However, over the last 2 -3 weeks we've actually been able to get out of the house and do some detecting and come up with some good finds. It's been nice to get out and do what we love to do.

Today, Monte (some of you know Monte here) and I did a couple of parks. This is what I came up with. Monte also ended up with a couple nice finds. He got a 1892 Barber dime and a VERY heavy Tiffany & Co. silver bracelet.

The two dimes in the picture on top are the same at the enlarged ones. As you can see, I nicked the dang Barber pretty good. Goes to show I need more practice!

We look forward to chatting with you guys again. It's good to see that most of your old timers are still around!
