Went out lake hunting today. Great weather, great scenery and some nice finds. Not too shabby for a hunted out couple of fresh water lakes. My buddy Scott got 3 rings also using his PI. :thumbup:

Using the large mono coil, gives bobby pins not only that distinct double beep, it also gives them a shorter, softer sound, much different then a coin or ring.

John, As for the bobby pins, I've also found the same thing with the clearer double beep using the larger mono coil.:thumbup:
My ring count is way up since switching to it too.:garrett::usaflag:

Good hunt!:garrett::detecting:Nice finds!:clapping:Congrats on the silver!:cheers:Yep, I agree, that 10"x14" mono rocks!:super:Happy Hunting!:)
