went to my local park this evening for a short hunt found two buckles,toy car i think it was made is the 1950 and this whatsit its brass has some ceramic inlay around the front dont know what it is. can someone id it and the buckles. thanks for looking

Hi Bob , I recently found a buckle like the two you found . I was told it was a WW1 era U.S.ARMY web belt buckle and that it was originally painted black . Also notice the little piece of material that was attached to it . Nice finds Bob !!:super:
