Went back for another solo spin with the Excal, to the last location where the silver was found, last hunt. Was in the wetsand at 645A out of a 602A 1.0H and into a 1258P 0.0L and NNE winds at 10-15. There was still nice shell exposures at this location. Have not been for a hunt, since 12-23 and was really hurting for a spin, so I took the morning off of work! This is a target rich environment and it obviously does not get much pressure. Clad round-up was fun! 40 pennies!! The prize is a men's .925 band, w/what appears to be shooting stars and the sun on it. It weighs in at 6.5G's and I was mighty glad to see it! OBTW, for those of you that don't dig bottle caps, it sounded a lot like a farty bottle cap, just an fyi! Eyeballed a couple of pieces of ferrous iron and picked them up to rid a future null later! I don't know where the gold is, but I'm putting in the time to find it! Hopefully the next 5 days straight! I'm gunna be a whipped pup, baled at 1245P and I did not want to quit yet, I'll be back!
