Went dirt fishin today with my M6........silver!

Got out to a local school today. I was MD'ing around an old football field. Found:

26 quarters
47 dimes
2 nickels
28 pennies

My best find was a '41 silver quarter. It was about 6" deep. Found it about 30 yards from where I found a '43 merc dime a couple weeks back.

I took pictures and tried to attach the photos but it didn't work (sorry).
 
Always good to find some silver, you must be someplace that the cold didn't find. HH
 
I'm in South Alabama. It's been in the 60's here and great weather for dirt fishin.

By the way, I went out again today and in 2 1/2 hours I found 12 quarters, 32 dimes, 2 nickles, and 11 pennies. One of the dimes was a '64 (silver).

Tomorrow it's back to work though (sigh).
