Went detecting today...............

After working all night and then sleeping just 3 hours I thought I'd take a drive to the older part of town and see if I could find any street construction. After driving around for awhile I gave up not finding any construction and went to an old park I've hunted before. The city cut down 4 huge trees and the big trucks made a mess of the grounds turning up a lot of soil. After detecting about an hour in the area where the soil was disturbed I had to give up as I was too tired. No old items to report :(
On one of the stumps that was 4 to 5 foot across someone had written " 150 to 165 years old "
Better get a little more sleep next time. Saturday they are calling for rain so I may not get out

it won't rain on your nor my parade for the weekend, as I want to get out myself....but if it does than I know it wasn't meant to be for our good and for God's purpose! :) Hope you get more sleep!!!

God Bless!

to get out. I'm going out tomorrow morn - never any rain here. And when it does rain you can be sure to go out later that same day with no problems. You are 'much man' to go out after working all night !!!

165 years old stump! That would be a great entry for the misc. contest! :) Glad you got out.
