Went detecting and found a motorcycle today

I was detecting today when a guy came up to me and was telling me about an area where they have moved some dirt around. He said he found some things in the dirt they had moved (without a metal detector). He pointed me in the direction but it was down in a brushy creek bottom type area. After a while I went down there to try and find it but I couldnt locate the spot. As I was looking around I saw a motorcycle leaned up against a tree. I knew right away something wasnt right. It had to be stolen and hidden there. After I went back up to continue detecting in the park I saw a park employee. I went and told him and he went down and looked at it. He must have called the cops because in a few minutes they showed up. They got the motorcycle up out of the draw and I went and talked to them. It had been stolen two months before. One of the cops told me that there had been a thousand dollar reward for it.....BUT.....The insurance company already paid the guy off for it.......;o(
