It's narrowing of the leg artery so got to have my leg hacked on soon to open that puppy up. Gonna be fun. Hope I can get it fixed before tecting weather gets here. As it is I can't walk over about fifty feet now without the pain putting me down.

Bill

Sorry about your leg. I know it will all work out. Soon you'll be up and hunting leaving nothing for us!

Sorry to hear about your leg problems Bill. Our father had the same problem. Ended up having the veins replaced and such and it helped a lot. Later on in his years he wasn't able to walk more than a few feet without having to stop. Said his legs hurt like you can't imagine. Good luck and get well for swinging time.........

Uncle Willy,

Hope the surgery goes well and you get back to detecting soon. Meanwhile enjoy the posts till you get back on your feet.

Yeah everybody's posts will keep me going. I'm hoping it's an in and out surgery and I don't have to hang around. I thoroughly detest hospitals.

That's my problem right now. Can't walk over about 25 feet and excruciating pain hits and I have to get off my feet. Hope they fix it good so I can walk forever like I usually can. I've had to have my neighbor do my grocery shopping and other errands for me. It's a real pain in more ways than one. :)

Bill

Good luck on the surgery Bill. You should be fine in no time.

Sorry to hear Bill. Hope all goes well. At least you know what the problem is now. Keep us posted. Alan (Ga)

They will do a little plumbing and will have you as good as new. After that I want to see a video of you dancing the jig.:jump:

1. They were able to diagnose what the problem is.
2. They are able to treat it.

Now the bad news:
1. You didn't say that the doctor said: (He doesn't want you to know) how long you will be in.
2. How long the recovery time will be.
Smart doctor, figures if he tells you up front you'll be kicking his big ugly buttinsky into the middle of next week and let him roll for a month!

There's hope, Bill! When I had my heart attack in Oct. last year I went make to work after being off for only 6 days. They fired my butt for being in violation of their absentee policy and some bovine scatology issues. They knew how to play the game. Point is, I was making do.

You're too mean to be down for long.
I'll be praying for you.

Yeah I haven't been to the surgeon yet. Will see him thursday. He will give me the good or bad news. I hope it's in and out fast as I thoroughly hate hospitals. They don't keep you forever anymore. These HMO's don't want to spend anymore than they have to.

Bill

Hope you have a speedy recovery Bill:)

Take Care
