Well Rosairio... Seems you need to drive down to St. Louis...

I have a crew here that will make most of these guys seem to be "moma" to you... Lot's old ghetto parks where you need to be out of there by around noon to hunt... We'll call you over everytime we have something for you to listen to. You will go home a believer. I guarantee that. Ask Ric. He's had that "I'm not worthy feeling" before by Mike and Jim.
They won't discuss sine waves with you but they will tell you when you've missed a target that's now in their bag. I just realized you're awfully darn close to us to be that needy for some help in the field.
Ric will probably come over at the same time to see this so let us know... Sunday's are usually OK for me... The whole weekend for everyone else... Guvner..

I might ask for a similar outing this spring.
My Explorer has a busted headphone jack, which makes it hard to work with. The stock coil also has a problem - targets bounce around the screen even with sensativity set to one - and it is going in, hopefully being replaced. I plan on getting all this stuff fixed once Winter sets in.
I am doing just fine with picking off coins in iron, but so far the deep ones either aren't there or I am missing them. Having a working headphone jack might fix this shortcoming, but it might just be me.
Regardless, it would be informative and nice to actually meet some of the guys here.

I went there Saturday, running a little late.Got there at 8:30A.M. No sooner do I get out of the car when I get told,"Mike already has a Seated Quarter,Seated Dime, and a Barber dime, but it has been a few minutes since I checked, hard to tell what he has now!"Good Gawd Mike, not even there 5 minutes and have a months worth of detecting to play catch up to how ever many minutes he had his detector turned on.Those two are unreal! They are legends in their own time and that is a fact! There is no better lesson for learning what you leave behind like hunting with those two!Let's have a contest, bring in any ringer you want to hunt against them, hell Mel Fisher(I Know, just an Example) for all I care and I will put my detector against your clad for a day.Hell,I will go a step farther, bring in the whole GNRS 2001 winning team to hunt against those two and I will still bet!Not directed towards anyone, just stating a fact at how much I have faith in those two!
But seriously,if you want to hunt with a couple great guys and learn some tricks while your at it,a hunt with Mike and Golddigger is worth the trip to St. Louis, just make sure your G.D.L. pass is valid.

Tim, sure wish there was a home test one could do to be sure each piece of equipment was functioning properly. Even with all the great advice and tips we get on this forum, I still suspect a problem. Sent mine in 2 months ago and the detector doctors said the electronics were a-o-k. Well that's allright too. Maybe my headsets have finally decided to go belly-button up. The GURUS of siver, Mike M. and Goldigger must have ears like elephants combined with the patience of Job. Am more than happy to HEAR of any suggestions. If one of those guys ever head west down Interstate 70, I'm gonna throw road spikes out to stall them here in my neighborhood for a couple of days. Would pay about 6 months clad to see them operate. Anyhoo, good luck to all this month. wmike

The parks aren't a dig everything relic hunt anyway... Not gonna happen in a park... Guvner..

I have seen more minnies come out of that park than anywhere around here, plus 1 belt plate and one belt plate part and an Eagle I Button. At least they would have something to dig when they realize they couldn't get deep enough to get any coins.
