....and i havent found much to really talk about, but i feel the need to share anyhow so sorry i am subjecting u to my as of yet not so cool finds lol

a handful of clad coins, two wheaties, one is so bad u cant read it can barely make out the outline of the wheat. a couple nice fishing lures that with new hooks attached will make fine additions to my tackle box ;) Then there is the piece of brass, looks to me to be from a boat but not sure. the small "chips", for lack of a better term, i believe to be brass or copper though i cant for the life of me figure what they would have come off of. AND last but certainly not least is a small stud earring which i actually found while digging up a huge chunk of iron form the beach. Now i will say, i dont know what kind of metal the stud coinsists of...BUT, in my book it is the first piece of "jewelry", no matter how small and insignificant, so that makes me a treasur hunter now  ...and for the record, i have convinced myself it is a silver stud and the truth be darned!

Sorry i tried to add photos but they r too large so the system wont let me.

OK, I think i have it now...

The last one is a group shot that includes the "chips" and other brass pieces I found.

Wheaties are getting harder to find, congrats!

You're off to a great start! Good work on the photos, too.
