down this morning, I know you guys up north laugh at this, but the southern states are not set up for snow and ice. We don't get that much so the states will not send the money to have all they need. It would sit most of the time.

They had a snow storm with about 3" of snow. She called a lady she was making friends with to see if she wanted to go to the grocery. The lady said it's snow we can't go out. The sister said "I'm from Ohio, it's no big deal. Out they went. The sister said people would get part way up a hill and get out and abandon the car. They would also go down a hill with a Stop Sign at the bottom and try to stop at normal speed in the normal distannce. Noooo way!. The sister said never again! It's not the weather but the other drivers.
