My computer at home crashed so on Saturday I went to Birmingham to buy a Imac. Had a reservation and they gave me a kid, I mean he's about 18. He knew his stuff but he seemed like he just wanted to be doing something else 
I finally decided what I wanted and so he goes and sets it up so the tech's can add the extra's I wanted. After a few minutes he comes back and while I'm talking to him he says "BTW, you can get a wireless keyboard and mouse on the high end computer" I said WHAT???? He say "yeah kinda crazy ain't it, you'd have to order it off the Internet to get it that way" Well, he found out real quick how I felt about that and he just said Sorry 
You can say I left in a huff. I ordered one off the website and should get it next week but I think he was just blowing us off so he could go play. Anyway, Vicki says she's calling the manager tomorrow and ask him why Apple's top end computer can't be purchased at their store with wireless key and mouse when they have demo's set up with them. Sorry for the rant but it just pizzed me off
