Well, I am going to visit a old friend this weekend for three days ......... :cam:

I have not seen this old friend in years, been at least 6 years since my last visit , I met this old friend in the late 70's when I got my Chevy El Camino and have visited many times when I lived in California, when we hook up we always do battle as good friends do sometimes

I always go into my dream mode when I visit this old friend, haven't been there in awhile but the dreams are still there, retirement Ray

Las Vegas here I come oh, did I mention I was a pretty good poker player in my day

Last time there I came away with $2,600 from the poker tables

One of our builders hit me up a month ago and says hey Ray, ever been to Vegas, I said a few times but not lately, is that city still standing, hahaha

He then says I have a free plane ticket and hotel room, are you interested in going with us, I said man we are busy but let me see what I can do well guess where I am going this weekend, you gotta have your dreams folks

we all waited till the time was right, or until we "weren't" busy, we would never take time to do anything! I love Vegas, and so did my mother! It has grown so much since the last time I have been there that I probably would not recognize it! No....I take that back, I would! Just more places to go and see! It's a fun city, for sure. I play slots, and sometimes craps! Not much on the old poker thing. I want to get good enought to play Black Jack sometime too!

though I do not gamble. I did a raft trip down the Colorado from the dam and took a side trip to see the Grand Canyon from an Indian Reservation.

Don't take a tour side trip out there, rent a car. We were the only non-japs on the tour bus for 10 miserable hours!

I get no enjoyment out of winning or losing at gambling. Iam a poor sport and if I played penny ante and lost a buck in a nights playing, I would be pissed.

So I don't gamble.

a pain, most dial up connections time out before they load the music because of the slower load time. I really hope Mike that they can get some kind of faster speed out to you. Thank you Mike for your nice comment on the music, I can't write as good as most folks do so I just try to add a little some thing to my post so folks can get a feel for what I am saying from my heart

It's just a great place to visit and have fun on any level plus the eatens are good and cheap
