Well, Bean and I got out for a day of swinging....

<center>

Picked up Ray and headed up to the fort. There were tons of hunters out today so we went to a safety zone. We were hunting only about 5 minutes when I pop a wheatie...1920 :thumbup: I figured we were on a virgin spot...but Noooooooo. I ended up with a couple of clad pennies and a clad dime. We finally decided to hit another place. Again, we see a bunch of hunters and try a new spot but end up with nothing :thumbdown: We decide to go back on base and we hit a oldie but goodie place that Buddy put me onto a few yrs ago. Its been pounded pretty hard but it was getting late so what the heck. I lucked out and got another wheat and then pop the 1917 Merc next to a log and as we're walking out I got the other Merc. It wasn't a great day because Ray didn't get over any silver but we still had a good time. You'll get em next time Ray :thumbup:

Hello Craig,

From beneath a foot of new snow here, your finds resemble The Comstock Lode and one of
The Kennicott Copper Mines. Nice finds.

Respectfully,
