Well.. a good news/bad news day today...

At least we now know why Alice has been in such pain as of late..[that is the good news].. The top Trochanter on her left femur is cracked. [that is the bad news]. But , given time, it will repair itself [good news]. However it will take 2-3 months ..... so guess who runs the farm and does chores [bad news :):]

Anyway, there is an end in sight and for that , at least, no operation.

Hope she heals sooner rather than later! Just knowing what the problem is has got to ease your mind a little. Please give Alice our best wishs for a speedy recovery.

it would drive me crazy for sure. She is one tough lady and I hope she mends quickly.

What the heck was it, 140 days last year? Sucks :(
