It beats the heck out of the can slaw , pull tops , the nickel and Zincoln I pulled up yesterday . It looks like Sacre was having fun .

Think a DD will do a good job to separate the good from the ugly, and masking will be a little less.
And yes, I bet Sacre was having tons of fun, too.:jump:
Thank you for sharing.

There might be a coin or two there. Love the old axe head. Sacre probably had the most fun. Thanks for posting and sharing!

Thanks !! I'm hitting a gun show this morning with my detecting partner (not Sacre) and then, later today, we are going back out there. This time, not to the jungle but to the other side of the canyon where another old house and barn used to be. Looks like all short grass and easier detecting. We will get back to the jungle later on when weather knocks us out of other sites. Found out about a revival site used many years back. It's in pasture now and should be a good spot too.

Sounds like you've been doing your research. Hopefully it will pay off. HH and I wish you the best of luck!

I talked to one of the guys who tore this house down. Seems he already MD'd the area. But, it was 25 years ago. He said he only found junk and nails (and it was 25 yrs ago with a machine no where good as my MXT). If there's something there, it probably still is. When the snow goes off, I will give it another try to make sure !!

Definitely a place to go after the ground is dig able.
